How should I clean and care for my Always Pan?

To preserve the non-stick ceramic coating, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scrubbers, and always allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with cold water.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.

Is your cookware compatible with induction stovetops?

Yes, our cookware, including the Always Pan and Perfect Pot, is designed with a high-performance induction plate on the base, making it compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What materials are used in your products?

We prioritize safety and sustainability. Our ceramic non-stick coating is made without potentially toxic materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAS, lead, or cadmium.

Do you offer international shipping?
